Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Limitless Party Rentals, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate your needs, we offer the following cancellation and rescheduling options:
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled rental date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.
Rescheduling Policy:
• If your event is impacted by weather, rescheduling options are available, however we are not able to guarantee the same unit for future date.
Deposit Policy:
• A deposit is required for all bookings to secure the date of your party.
• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstance.
Additional Fees:
• A $30 fee will be applied if any of the rental equipment is placed on dirt, a 50$ fee will be applied if not previously disclosed.
• A 20$ delivery fee is required for all cities outside of the Yucaipa/Redlands area.
• Water slides are required to be COMPLETELY drained and blown up to dry the morning of pick up, if this is not completed when workers arrive, there will be an additional 25$ charge.
• ALL trash must be removed from tables/chairs/jumpers prior to pick up. If this is not completed an additional 25$ fee will be charged.
• ALL tables and chairs are inspected prior to drop off and pick up. We charge 60$ for each broken, stolen or misplaced table, and 15$ for each broken, stolen or misplaced chair. Please notify us if damage has occurred.
• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN/ON any rental equipment. If we see pets on rental equipment in a social media post, or pet hair/paw prints are on rental equipment there will be an additional 100$ fee.
